Per my conversation with your solicitor. Kirk Sohonage, Esq., enclosed is an Affidavit signed by me as
attorney for the above estate verifying that the grandparents of the decedent do not live within the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania. In addition, please be advised that the decedent did not have any assets at the time of his death and
that any proceeds received from the wrongful death action pending will be held in escrow by my office until such
time as any and all inheritance tax needs to be paid and final distribution to the beneficiaries completed. It is my
understanding from Mr. Sohonage that no bond would be required for the Administrator of the Estate, Luke
Oestreicher.
Given that time is of the essence, please issue the Letters of Administration as soon as practically possible.
Please contact my estate paralegal, Jacqueline Drawbaugh, when the Letters of Administration are ready for us to
pick up.
