TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
Randy Minnich, your Petitioner, files this Petition for Settlement of a Small Estate under
the provisions of Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code and in support
thereof avers that:
(1 ) Your Petitioner, Randy Minnich, is a competent adult residing at 17715 Madison
Avenue, Hamilton, Virginia 20158, and is the nephew of the above decedent.
(2) Alma F. Speck Bass, aunt of the Petitioner died on December 10,2006, at the age
of 88 years, but prior thereto lived and was domiciled at Chapel Pointe at Carlisle,
770 S. Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
She died with a Will and no letters Testamentary have been issued.
(3) Alma F. Speck Bass had no probate estate when she died other than 80 shares of
VanKampen stock valued at approximately One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty
Three and 60/100 Dollars ($1,353.60), and 102 shares of MetLife, Inc. stock
valued at Six Thousand Two Hundred Three and 64/100 Dollars ($6,203.64).
Copies of VanKampen and MetLife, Inc. statements are attached hereto as
Exhibit "A."
(4) The sole heirs and next of kin and their relationship to the decedent are as follows:
Randy Minnich Nephew
Rick Minnick Nephew
Rory Minnich Nephew
Annetta Minnich Winedorffer Nephew
(5) Your Petitioner avers that there are no creditors of the decedent and no claims
unpaid known to your Petitioner.
(6) Your Petitioner avers that the distribution will be divided equally among the four
(4) Beneficiaries listed above.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully requests that an Order be made authorizing
distribution of the VanKampen stock valued at approximately One Thousand Three Hundred
Fifty Three and 60/100 Dollars ($1,353.60) and distribution of MetLife, Inc. stock valued at
approximately Six Thousand Two Hundred Three and 64/100 Dollars ($6,203.64) to Randy
Minnich, pursuant to Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
