Pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. No. 3002, Susquehanna Bank PA, by and through its undersigned
counsel, hereby transfers to this Court the money judgment entered in its favor in the Court of
Common Pleas of York County, Pennsylvania, on April 18, 2008, in the amount of
$1,095,665.89, at Civil Action Docket No. 2008-NO-1790-Y30 against Alan S. Pollard and
Constance K. Pollard.
A certified copy of the docket entries and judgment in the York County action, which
Plaintiff seeks to transfer, is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
