AND NOW, this ~J-- day of May, 2008, upon consideration of the Appeal Under Section
908 of Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Codes from Decree of Register of Wills and Issuance, the Clerk of
the Orphans' Court is ordered to issue a Citation upon the heirs of the decedent and those with a know
interest in the affairs and assets of the decedent to show cause why, if any they have, the Appeal of
Decedent's daughter, Amy Seaman, seeking to overturn the Decree of the Register of Wills, dated January
17,2008, that upon proper execution and filing of probate documents, Long Meadows Townhouse
Association, Inc. be granted Letters of Administration and why such Letters of Administration, upon
proper execution and filing of probate documents should not be issued to her.
The Citation shall be returnable 20 days from the date ofthe service.
