The administration of the estate is complete. 2. A complete account was stated informally to all parties in interest. 3. Final distribution has been completed. Informal "Familv Settlement" Account and Estate Inventorv. 1. In the above-mentioned estate, the terms of the will have been executed and the estate accounting has been completed. 2. All debts have been paid 3. No debtors or creditors have come forward as a result of the published estate notices. (see attached proof of publication) 4. P A State Inheritance tax returns have been filed and the tax has been paid. 5. The house has been maintained during the administration period and all bills related to house expenses have been paid 6. The house (as part of the 1/3 shares ofthe estate left to the three children) has been transferred to joint ownership of the three children. The new deed has been filed at the courthouse. As agreed upon by the three children a set amount of money has been set aside for repair and upkeep of the house. This is detailed in the detailed accounting below. 7. $1500 from the estate has been set aside to pay state and federal income tax for the decedent and the estate for the 2008 tax year as needed. This is detailed in the detailed accounting below. 8. All disbursements (including 1/3 shares of estate cash balance, real estate, and personal items) have been completed according to the terms of the will.
