RECEIPT, RELEASE, REFUNDING, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
The undersigned, legatee under the will of MARY J.
MOWERY, deceased, does hereby:
1. Acknowledge that he, as the personal
representative and sole beneficiary of this Estate, has
examined and approved in its entirety the respective
inheritance tax return with all attachments, which was
prepared, submitted and accepted as filed by the
Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, a copy of which is
incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof;
2. Waives the filing of a formal First and Final
Account and Schedule of Distribution with the Court;
3. Acknowledges his receipt of all proceeds--all
assets, including principal and derivative interest, less
his payment of all estate settlement costs, including all
debts, deductions and death taxes due;
4. Releases himself, the Administrator C.T.A. of the
Estate of Mary J. Mowery, deceased, and his heirs and
personal representatives, from all liabilities, whether due
to the Administrator's negligence or otherwise, which he
may have by reason of his administration of this Estate;
~ Agrees to refund to the persona] representative af
thlS estate any portion of the distribution to which he is
not properly entitled, and to the extent of said
distribution, to indemnify him for claims made against him
as Administrator and to reimburse to him all expenses and
costs incurred in connection with any such claims; and
