Dear Mrs. Strasbaugh,
This letter is in reference to the Citation issued for the Last Will and Testament of
Patricia J. Miller (No. 21-08-0502) recorded May 7, 2008.
This letter is to inform you that I have absolutely no intent to challenge the document
dated January 8, 2001, or the alterations on the last page of the document. Nor do I
intend to show cause why Letters Testamentary should not be granted to Kimberly Anne
Clash in accordance with 20 Pa.C.S.A. - 3155(a).
It is my intent and hope that this letter will help to expedite the settlement of the Last
Will and Testament of Patricia J. Miller.
