KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, the undersigned, do hereby certify
that I have examined the foregoing Account of Marcia M. Nesbit, Executrix of
the Last will and Testament of Marcia K. Miller, deceased, late of the County
of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and find the same correct; and
I do hereby waive my right to have the same filed in the Court of Common Pleas
of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania-Orphans' Court Division, and my right to
file exceptions thereto; and I do hereby acknowledge that after payment of the
expenses in the estate, there are no further funds available for distribution
to me according to the Account aforesaid.
AND I DO THEREFORE, by these presents remise, release, quitclaim and
forever discharge the said Marcia M. Nesbit, Executrix aforesaid, of and from
the same, and of and from all accounts, claims, reckonings and demands
whatsoever touching or concerning the same. I do hereby agree that said
Executrix may be discharged without any further notice to me.
