the Borrowers, have borrowed $65,500.00 from Vema ae Da en of 1 Alliance Dr.
Carlisle, PA 17013 ,Lender. Starting on 3 1y ~ 7 , 2007 and
monthly thereafter we promise to pay to the order of the Lender, her Agent or assigns the sum
of $ ~jo,oc o~iu+~~~ on the principal until paid in full.
And further, we do hereby authorize and empower any attorney of any Court of Record
of Pennsylvania or elsewhere to appear for and to enter judgment against us in favor of any
holder of this note for the above sum, costs of suit, release of errors, without stay of execution,
and with Ten (10%) percent added as a reasonable attorney's fee, and we hereby waive and
release all benefit and relief from any and all appraisement stay or exemption laws of any state
now in force or hereafter re-enacted.

AFFIDAVIT
Being duly swum according to law, the undersigned jointly and severally depose and say
that:
1. They have bon~owed funds from Vema Mae Dagen.
2. They are overtwenty-one years of age, not within the military service of the United
States and its allies nor otherwise within the civil relief provisions of the Soldiers and Sailors
Civil Relief Act of 1947 as amended.
3. They have an annual income in excess of $10,000.00.
4. They have agreed to borrow the funds from Vema Mae Damon (the "Lender) in the
principal amount of ,~f35 5.~_ and to secure said obligation have delivered to the Lender a
Judgment Note containing a confession of judgment.
5. They understand that a confession of judgment allows for the entry of a judgment by
confession against them and that said judgment encumbers all real estate that they own.
6. The Loan is made to a natural person and not in connection with a consumer credit
transaction.
