I, Patricia Anthony, of 1825 Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, being the daughter of Clara D. Reich, and a beneficiary under her Last Will and Testament, do hereby acknowledge that I have received my full and final distributive share of her Estate, as shown in the second informal account of Kathryn Ann Callahan, as Executrix of the Estate of Clara D. Reich attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A". I hereby state that I have reviewed the second informal account. I waive my right to have the second informal account filed with the Regisier of Wills. I accept and approve it with the same force and effect as if it had been filed in the Office of the Register of Wills, audited in the Orphans' Court, adjudicated and confirmed absolutely, and the amount paid to me had been duly awarded to me by order of the Orphans' Court. I hereby absolutely release and discharge Kathryn Ann Callahan, Executrix of the Estate of Clara D. Reich, of and from any and all claims and rights I now have or may in the future have against the Estate the Executrix and Mateya Law Firm, whether due to negligence or otherwise, which I may have by reason of administration of the Estate. I, in consideration of the promise of the other beneficiaries, do hereby agree to refund to the Estate on a pro rata basis any amount which may be necessary in the future to discharge any obligations and liabilities of the Estate of which I may hereafter receive notice. I consent to the recording and indexing of this Agreement in the estate proceedings.
