AND NOW, this 23rd day of May, 2008, having received three responses to the Citation issued on
May 7,2008, and each letter indicating there is no objection to admission of the document, dated
January 8,2001, to probate as the Last Will and Testament of Patricia J. Miller and the issuance of
Letters of Administration to Kimberly Anne Clash, IT IS DECREED that the document is admitted to
probate and Letters of Administration are issued to Kimberly Anne Clash. Kimberly Anne Clash shall
have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the
administration of this estate according to law.
