DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 21 st day of May, 2008, after a hearing held on April 24, 2008, the Register of
Wills hereby denies the Petition of David R. Hughes for Letters Testamentary finding that the Power of
Attorney document submitted for probate failed to qualify as a testamentary document.
MOREOVER, the Register of Wills shall abide by the preferential order for grant ofletters as
outlined in Pa. C.S.A. 20 93155(b) and the Register finds there is no good cause whereby she should
appoint outside that order, THEREFORE IT IS DECREED that upon the proper filing of a Petition for
Grant of Letters by Roxie Hughes, Letters of Administration shall be granted to Roxie Hughes. She
shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with
the administration of this estate according to law.
