Robyn Lea Smith is the daughter of the Decedent Settlor and she is the mother of the two trust beneficiaries. She has superior knowledge of the needs of the beneficiaries and she is willing to serve as trustee for no fee. 13. It would be in the best interest of the beneficiaries if their mother, Respondent Robyn Lea Smith is appointed as Successor Trustee, as she has the greatest knowledge of the needs of the beneficiaries. 14. The Guardian ad litem to be appointed for the minor beneficiary, Brandon M. Gilsdorf, would best be his mother, Respondent herein Robyn L. Smith as the beneficiary resides with his mother a:nd as his mother she serves as his natural guardian for all purposes and therefore would be the best person to serve as his Guardian ad litem, a role which she would assume for no fee as she already provides these services for him. WHERERFORE, Respondent respectfully requests that This Honorable Court: Appoint Respondent, Robyn L. Smith as Successor Trustee of said trusts, with no annual compensation to be paid for her services. 2. Authorize said Successor Trustee to name Co-trustees or Successor Trustees without further approval of the Orphans' Court. 3. Appoint Respondent, Robyn L.
