ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 28th day of May, 2008, upon
consideration of the petition for Plenary Guardianship filed
in the above-captioned matter, and following a conference in
chambers in which Petitioner was represented by Stephen J.
Hogg, Esquire, and Roy G. Kennedy, the allegedly
incapacitated person, was represented by Lorin A. Snyder,
Esquire, and pursuant to an agreement of counsel, based upon
the indication of Petitioner's counsel that the Petitioner
wishes to withdraw the petition In Vlew of the report of
John M. Hume, M.D., J.D., dated May 19, 2008, and attached
hereto, and upon counsels' indication that they will be
providing to the Court an agreed-upon order deeming the
petition withdrawn and dealing with several other matters,
the further hearing scheduled for Thursday, May 29, 2008, is
continued generally at counsels' request, and the Court will
execute the stipulated order upon its presentation.
