WHEREAS, Richard J. Freeh and Janice I. Flynn
Of York, Pennsylvania
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
BHH Partnership. Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a _ story building upon a lot of land situate:
Brewster Court, Lot 166, Heights of Beacon Hill, Phase 3, Lower Allen Township, as recorded in
Plan Book 94, Page 67.
Now, May 23, 2008, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract
and before any authority has been give by said Owner to the said Contractor to commences work
on said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by
Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or land by the contractor, or
any subcontractor, not any of the material or workmen or any other person for any Labor, or
Materials purchase or extra labor or materials purchase for the erection of said building, the right
to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS our hand and seal the day and year aforesaid.
