Pursuant to the Notice of Entry of Judgment signed by the Prothonotary of the
Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas on May 19, 2008, judgment for C&K Market Inc.,
in the amount of$199,785, together with interest thereon at the rate of9% per annum, from April
1, 2005, until paid, has been transferred from the Circuit Court for the State of Oregon for Lane
County and entered against Ruth E. Rhoads, Executrix of the Estate of Robert E. Rhoads, II, in
this Court. A copy of the Notice of Entry of Judgment is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Please
docket this judgment as a claim against the Estate of Robert E. Rhoads.
