Petitioner, Hilda D. Christophel, through her counsel, Johnson, Duffie, Stewart & Weidner,
respectfully states the following in support of this Petition for Citations:
1. Petitioner is Hilda D. Christophel, an adult individual who resides at 434 Reno
Avenue, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070.
2. Petitioner is the Executrix of the Will of her father, Jack Edward Henry, who died
on November 29, 2007 ("Decedent").
3. By Deed dated September 29, 2006, Decedent and his spouse, Minerva P. Henry,
conveyed their residence real estate known as 686 Fishing Creek Road, New Cumberland,
Pennsylvania to Lorraine D. Greene, Decedent's step-daughter.
4. Decedent's share of the cash proceeds from the sale, approximately $30,000.00,
was deposited into an account at M&T Bank, Fishing Creek Office, on behalf of Decedent by
Lorraine D. Greene and/or Minerva P. Henry.
5. Prior to his death, Decedent requested that Lorraine D. Greene, Minerva P. Henry
and M&T Bank provide information about and access to the account, but M&T Bank refused to
divulge any information about the nature or ownership of Decedent's M&T account, and both
VERIFICATION
The undersigned, the Executrix of the Will of Jack Edward Henry, verifies that the
statements made in the foregoing Petition are true and correct. This statement is made pursuant to
the penalties of 18 Pa. C.S.A. S4904, relating to unsworn falsification to authorities.
