I'I�M I: I direct that all my just debts, furieral exper��s a�d,
achninistration exper�ses, including my grave marker, shall be pait3, fr�n the ����
assets of my estate as soon as practicable after my decease. :_ ' _- _ :

every nature and wherever situate, to my husband, EUGII�E B. S�HOW�2,cv
providing he shall suzvive me by sixty (60) days.
I'i�i III: Should my husband, E[TGENE B. SHOWAI�R, predecease me or die
- on or before the sixtieth day followirig my death, I bequeath the amounts or
items herein specified to each of the follawing-named bP�eficiaries:
a. To Ronald F. Shcxaaker, my son, the s�.un of $10,000.00 as my

� appreciation for his staying on the "Home Farm."
b. To Jeffrey E. Shawaker, my son, the s�wm of $5,000.00
."� representirig his i.rrvestment in the new implement shed together with all shop
� � parts and equipment contained in said im�lement shed.
� �I'IIK IV: Should my husbarid, EUGENE B. SHO�I�}.2, predecease me or die
,�-� on or before the sixtieth day following my death, I devise and bequeath to
� � Ronald F. Shc�wal�er, my son, the two (2) acres of land, more or less,
inmiediately ajoining his property to the West.
� I'I�I V: Should my hus�band, EUGINE B. SHOWAI�R, predece.ase me or die
on or before the sixtieth day follawing my death, I hereby grant to Jeffrey
E. Shawaker, my son, the exclusive right and option to purGhase my hame,
land of approximately 30 acres, more or less (excludirig land ajoinirig Ronald
F. Shawaker's property) , and all buildirigs erected thereon together with any
livestock and farm equipme.nt he may choose, at a value to be placed thereon
for Fennsylvania lnheritance Tax purposes. Jeffrey E. Shawaker shall notify
my hereinafter named executors, in writing, within four (4) months of my
death of his election to e.xercise the foregoing option. Final settlement
shall be within two months after such election is delivered to my executors
with Jeffrey E. Shawalcer being given credit for any share he may otherwise
have caming from the residue of my estate.
ITII�I VI: Should my husband, EUGIIJE B. SHOWAI�2, predec.ease me or die
on or before the sixtieth day follcxaing my death, I devise and bequeath all
the residue of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, in equal
shares, to my five (5) children, namely, Ronald F. Shawaker, Judith Ann
Linton, Nancy K. Smith, Linda Ipu Pretz and Jeffrey E. Shawaker, or their
issue, per stirpes.
I7.�i VII: I appoint NANCY K. �I, a, guan�ian of any property which
passes, either under this Will or othexwise, to a minor. Said guaniian
shall hold, manage, irrvest and reirivest any propexty received by the
guardian, shall collect the irxxmne therefram, arid shall apply so much of the
net i.ncome, and, if the net inccene is insufficient, so much of the principal
of said property held for such be.neficiary as the guardian shall deeam
necessary or advisable for such beneficiary's health, maintenance, support
and complete education. The guardian shall acc�nrn�late any surplus net
incx�me annually and add the same to the principal of the property held for
such beneficiary.
When such be.neficiary attains the age of Eighteen (18)
years, all property shall be distributed to such beneficiary, or to such
beneficiary's estate in the event of death prior thereto.
I*I�l+i VIII: No interest of any beneficiary hereunder in either the
pri.ncipal or income of my estate shall be subject or liable in any manner to
anticipation, pledge, assigrnnent, sale, transfer, charge or enc�unbrance,
whether voluntary or irYvoluntary, or for any liabilities or obligations of
such beneficiary whether arising from his or her death, debts, contracts,
torts or erigagc�nents of any type.
I'I�+I IX: I direct that all taxes which may be assessed in
consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction
imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a Part of the exp�a�se of
the achninistration of my estate.
rPII�I X: I appoint my husband, EUGFd�IE B. SHC�I�R, Executor of this,
my Last Will. Should my husband, E[JGII1E B• SHOWAII�RR, fail to qualify or
cease to act as �ecutor, I appoint Ronald F. Shcx�rakex, Narx.ry K. Smith,
Jeffrey E. Shcrw�aker, or the survivor thereof, Executors of this, my Last
Will.
