annexed Petition, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that a Citation be issued,
directed to Juana Concepcion, to show cause, if any there be, why she should not be
adjudged an incapacitated person and a guardian of her person and of her estate
appointed, and to schedule a hearing to be held on the q71 day of ~?J-'
2008, at 3 :()D f2-.m. in Courtroom No. i' of the Cumberland County Courthouse,
One Courthouse Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
A copy of the Citation and notice of the filing of the Petition and hearing shall be
given to Juana Concepcion, the alleged incapacitated person, personally, in accordance
with 20 P.S. S 5511, and to her next of kin who is sui juris, not less than 20 days prior to
the hearing.
