DISCLAIMER AND RENUNCIATION
I, DIANE L. CLINE, am the Administrator of the ESTATE OF 1v1. ARLENE
MCCARTHY. M. Arlene McCarthy died on May 9, 2008, and was the surviving spouse of
Calvin D. McCarthy, Jr.
I, DIANE L. CLINE, hereby exercise the rights granted to me in Chapter 62 of the
Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa. C.S. 6201-6207, and I hereby disclaim and
renounce M. Arlene McCarthy's interest in property passing by intestacy in the Estate of
Calvin D. McCarthy, Jr.
I, DIANE L. CLINE, state that as of this date M. Arlene McCarthy has not accepted any
interest in property passing by intestacy in the Estate of Calvin D. McCarthy, Jr.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound hereby, and intending that
this Disclaimer and Renunciation shall be filed of record in the Office of the Clerk of the
Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania as
provided in 20 Pa. C.S. 6204(a), I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21St day of May, 2008.
