KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, RICHARD LEPLEY, as
President of the Church Council of ST. PETER LUTHERAN CHURCH, of 130 Nittany
Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, do hereby acknowledge that upon the signing of this
Release, St. Peter Lutheran Church will receive from Terrence J. Kerwin, Esquire,
Administrator of the Estate of Anna L. Kerstetter, late of the Township of Upper Allen,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the sum of One Thousand
Four Hundred EightDollars and Eighty-nine Cents ($1,408.89) (1/15 share) to be used for
general purposes in full settlement of any claim or claims that I may have by, under and
because of the Will of the late Anna L. Kerstetter. St. Peter Lutheran Church further
acknowledges that upon the approval of the inheritance tax return by the Pennsylvania
Department of Revenue, and payment of all inheritance tax, income taxes and additional
expenses, St. Peter Lutheran Church will receive one-fifteenth (1/15) of the balance
remaining in reserve.
AND, THEREFORE, ST. PETER LUTHERAN CHURCH, intending to be legally
bound hereby, does, by these presents, remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge
Terrence J. Kerwin, Esquire, as Administrator of the Estate of Anna L. Kerstetter,
deceased, and, his heirs and assigns, of and from all actions, accounts, claims and demands
whatsoever, related to the administration of this Estate, for or by reason thereof, or of any
other act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever in regard to the Estate of Anna L. Kerstetter.
ST. PETER LUTHERAN CHURCH, has been duly advised of its right to have
Terrence J. Kerwin, Esquire, Administrator, file with the Orphans' Court Division. of the
Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County an Accounting of the services he has
rendered, and St. Peter Lutheran Church does hereby specifically waive its right to have
such an Accounting prepared and presented to the Court.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, St. Peter Lutheran Church has hereunto set its hand
