The Seeing Eye, Inc., of P. O. Box 375, Morristown, NJ 07963-0375, do hereby
acknowledge that upon the signing of this Release, The Seeing Eye, Inc. will receive from
Terrence J. Kerwin, Esquire, Administrator of the Estate of Anna L. Kerstetter, late of
the Township of Upper Allen, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the sum of Fourteen Thousand Eighty-Eight Dollars and Eighty-nine Cents ($14,088.89)
(10/15 share) to be used for general purposes in full settlement of any claim or claims that
I may have by, under and because of the Will of the late Anna L. Kerstetter. The Seeing
Eye, Inc. further acknowledges that upon the approval of the inheritance tax return by the
Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, and payment of all inheritance tax, income taxes and
additional expenses, The Seeing Eye, Inc. will receive ten-fifteenths (10/15) of the balance
remammg m reserve.
AND, THEREFORE, THE SEEING EYE, INC., intending to be legally bound
hereby, does, by these presents, remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge Terrence
J. Kerwin, Esquire, as Administrator of the Estate of Anna L. Kerstetter, deceased, and,
his heirs and assigns, of and from all actions, accounts, claims and demands whatsoever,
related to the administration of this Estate, for or by reason thereof, or of any other act,
matter, cause or thing whatsoever in regard to the Estate of Anna L. Kerstetter.
THE SEEING EYE, INC., has been duly advised of its right to have Terrence 3.
Kerwin, Esquire, Administrator, file with the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County an Accounting of the services he has rendered, and
The Seeing Eye, Inc. does hereby specifically waive its right to have such an Accounting
prepared and presented to the Court.
