Bogar, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against STEVEN E. HURLEY and BEVERLY J. HURLEY, married, adult individuals, owning property located at 923 Nixon Drive, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055, their last known mailing address being: 923 Nixon Drive, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055. STEVEN E. HURLEY and BEVERLY J. HURLEY are the owners of all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in the Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point in the center line of a fifty (50) foot wide right-of-way now known as Nixon Drive, as shown on the plan of lands of Helen Myers in Monroe Township recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for said County of Cumberland in Plan Book 3, Page 80, at corner of lands now or formerly of Carl F. Myers, said point being nine hundred sixteen and thirty-seven one-hundredths (916.37) feet measured westwardly along the center line of said right-of-way from the western line of the Williams Grove Road; thence along said lands now or formerly of Myers, South 7 degrees 45 minutes East, four hundred fifty-six (456) feet to a pin on the line of lands now or formerly of Sinclair Oil Company; thence along said line of lands now or formerly of Sinclair Oil Company, South 73 degrees 30 minutes West, eighty-five (85) feet, more or less, to a point; thence by lands formerly of Vernon E. Hurley, North 7 degrees 45 minutes West, four hundred forty-seven and five tenths (447.5) feet, more or less, to a point in the center line of said fifty (50) foot wide right-of-way now known as Nixon Drive; thence by the center line of said right-of-way, North 67 degrees 45 minutes East, forty-seven and nine tenths (47.9) feet to a point; thence by the same, North 70 degrees 30 minutes East, thirty-seven and one-tenth (37.1) feet to the point and place of BEGINNING. HAVING THEREON erected a dwelling house known and numbered as 923 Nixon Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Vernon E. Hurley, single person, by deed dated October 2, 1975 and recorded October 2, 1975 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office, in Deed Book G, Volume 26, Page 828, granted and conveyed unto Steven E. Hurley and Beverly J. Hurley, his wife, owners. Tax Parcel No. 22-24-0783-106. Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed from February 1, 2007 through and up to and including May 23, 2008 (first calendar quarter 2007 through and including first -2- calendar quarter 2008 and up to and including May 23, 2008). Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipal Authority imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by this Authority's sewer systems; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to Stephen C. Logan and Patricia Logan for sewerage due to be treated from February 1, 2007 through and up to and including May 23, 2008 (first calendar quarter 2007 through and including first calendar quarter 2008 and up to and including May 23, 2008), which services total is in the amount of $1,142.23, which sum was duly assessed against Stephen C. Logan and Patricia Logan, and the real property described herein from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10~) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real property and premises in accordance with -3- the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
