MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitor, James D. Bogar, Esquire, and files the following
municipal claim against ANDREW J. SEMIC, unmarried, adult
individual, owning property located at 824 West Keller Street,
Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
17055, his last known mailing address being: 824 West Keller
Street, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17055. ANDREW J. SEMIC is the owner of all that
certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being
more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or tract of land situate in
the Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING in the northwest corner of Keller Street and Wertz
Avenue; thence along the eastern line of Wertz Avenue, North
13 degrees 56 minutes West one hundred forty-two and four
tenths (142.4) feet to a point on the eastern line of said
Wertz Avenue at the southwest corner of Lot No. 5 on the
Plan of Lots hereinafter mentioned; thence in an easterly
direction along the southern line of said Lot No. 5,
seventy-nine and four tenths (79.4) feet to a point; thence
in a southerly direction along the western line of Lot No.
13 on said Plan of Lots one hundred forty-one and four
tenths (141.4) feet to a point on the northern line of
Keller Street; thence along the northern line of said Keller
Street, South 69 degrees 30 minutes West, eighty-nine and
one tenth (89.1) feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 14 in the Plan of Lots known as "Revised Plan
of Trindle Spring Manor", which said Plan is recorded in the
Recorder's Office in and for said Cumberland County in Plan
Book 10, Page 36.
HAVING THEREON erected a one-story brick and aluminum siding
dwelling house.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which June A. Swanger, widow, by her
Attorney-in-Fact, Susan D. Stoner, by deed dated May 22,
2001 and recorded May 25, 2001 in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office, in Deed Book 245, Page 265,
granted and conveyed unto Andrew J. Semic, owner.
Tax Parcel No. 22-24-0783-060.
Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from February 1, 2007 through and up to and including May 23,
2008 (first calendar quarter 2007 through and including first
calendar quarter 2008 and up to and including May 23, 2008).
Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed
pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a
Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipal Authority

imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each
improved property served or to be served by this Authority's
sewer systems; and providing for payment and collection of such
user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the
statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to
Stephen C. Logan and Patricia Logan for sewerage due to be
treated from February 1, 2007 through and up to and including May
23, 2008 (first calendar quarter 2007 through and including first
calendar quarter 2008 and up to and including May 23, 2008),
which services total is in the amount of $1,031.80, which sum was
duly assessed against Stephen C. Logan and Patricia Logan, and
the real property described herein from the date of said billing
statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest
in the amount of ten (10%) percent, along with penalties and all
costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed
against the above-described real property and premises in
accordance with

the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101,
et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).

This account is delinquent. As of the last billing notice, same being

receipt of this letter, a Municipal Lien gill be placed against real estate owned by you, sarne

filing fees, service costs and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with respect to the
collection of this delinquent account will be assessed. Attorney's fees will be charged at the
current rate. Attorney's fees will be imposed and/or assessed if this amount
after thirty remains delinquent
