MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitors, James D. Bogar, Esquire, and Jennifer B. Hipp,
Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against TODD A.
STONER and JEANETTE A. STONER, husband and wife, adult
individuals, owning property located at 917 Nixon Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
17055, their last known mailing address being: 917 Nixon Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055. TODD A. STONER and JEANETTE
A. STONER, husband and wife, are the owners of all that certain
lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more
fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in
accordance with a survey by Jerry D. LaRue, R.S. dated July
20, 1999, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Nixon Drive at
center line of Nixon Drive at corner land now or formerly of
Carroll E. Emerich; thence by lands of same, South 07
degrees forty-seven (47) minutes six (06) seconds East,
through a pipe set 23.11 feet from corner, four hundred
eighty-one and sixty-five hundredths (481.65) feet to a pipe
at lands now or formerly of Sinclair Oil Company; thence by
lands of same South 74 degrees 53 minutes 11 seconds West,
100.00 feet to a point at other tract; thence by other tract
North 07 degrees 41 minutes 37 seconds West, through a pipe
set 18.40 feet from corner 474.00 feet to a point in the
center line of Nixon Drive; thence along said center line
North 70 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East, 100.52 feet to
a point in said center line at corner of lands of Carroll
Emerich, being the first mentioned point and place of
BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises which Steven C. Boyer and Debbie J.
Boyer, husband and wife, by deed dated July 14, 2000 and
recorded July 20, 2000 in the Cumberland County Recorder of
Deeds Office in Deed Book 225, Page 654, granted and
conveyed unto Todd A. Stoner and Jeanette A. Stoner, husband
and wife, owners.
Tax Parcel No. 22-24-0783-109A
Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from October 1, 2006 through and up to and including May 23, 2008
(fourth quarter calendar year 2006 through and including first
quarter calendar year 2008 and up to and including May 23, 2008).

Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed
pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known a~ a
Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipal Authority.
imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each
improved property served or to be served by this Authority's
sewer systems; and providing for payment and collection of such
user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the
statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to
TODD A. STONER and JEANETTE A. STONER for sewerage due to be
treated from October 1, 2006 through and up to and including day
23, 2008 (fourth quarter calendar year 2006 through and
including first quarter calendar year 2008 and up to and
including May 23, 2008), which services total is in the amount of
$1,351.53, which sum was duly assessed against TODD A. STONER 'and
JEANETTE A. STONER, and the real property described herein from
the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for
which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10~) percent,
along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees,.. a
municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real
property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 123,
P.L. 207, §7, as

amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims ahd
Tax Liens).
