Pennsylvania, 17055, their last known mailing address being: 3111
Monroe Street, Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland Coun
Pennsylvania 17055. TIMOTHY J. CONRAD and GLENDA R. CONRAD ar
the owners of all that certain lot of ground, including any
improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows:

situate, lying and being in the Township of Monroe in they
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, mo~e
particularly described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of Monroe Street
said point being at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 4
and 44 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence
along said dividing line North 77 degrees 45 minutes East,
one hundred fifty-six and seventeen one-hundredths (156.7)
feet to a point; thence south 12 degrees 15 minutes East,
ninety (90) feet to a point on the dividing line between
Lots Nos. 44 and 45 on said plan of lots; thence along s id
dividing line South 77 degrees 45 minutes West, one hund ed
fifty-six and seventeen one-hundredths (156.17) feet to
point on the eastern line of Monroe Street; thence along the
eastern line of Monroe Street, North 12 degrees 15 minut s
West, ninety (90) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNIN .
BEING Lot No. 44 on Plan No. 4 of Trindle Spring Manor,
plan being recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's
Office in Plan Book 14, Page 41.
HAVING THEREON erected a brick and aluminum split level
dwelling house, known and numbered as 311 Monroe Street,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

dated June 23, 2006 and recorded June 26, 2006 in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office, in Deed Book'
275, Page 1544, granted and conveyed unto Timothy J. Conrad
and Glenda R. Conrad, husband and wife, owners.
Tax Parcel No. 22-24-0783-0180.
Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assess
from October 1, 2006 through and up to and including May 23, 008
(fourth calendar quarter 2006 through and including first I!,
calendar quarter 2008 and up to and including May 23, 2008). ~,
Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and asses~ed
pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known a~s a
Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipal Authorit

imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each

improved property served or to be served by this Authority's ~~,
sewer systems; and providing for payment and collection of su~
user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are th
statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority t
Stephen C. Logan and Patricia Logan for sewerage due to be ',
treated from October 1, 2006 through and up to and including ay
23, 2008 (fourth calendar quarter 2006 through and including
first calendar quarter 2008 and up to and including May 23, ii
2008), which services total is in the amount of $1,151.44, which

sum was duly assessed against Stephen C. Logan and Patricia ~,
Logan, and the real property described herein from the date o~
said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum,
with interest in the amount of ten (10~) percent, along with ~
penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municip 1
lien is claimed against the above-described real property and,

premises in accordance with

the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §701,
et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
