Candler, of 202 Hawthorne Road, Baltimore, Maryland, 21210, the sum of Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollazs and the bedroom furniture located in the guest room at 416 West Main Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, consisting of the following providing she survives me by sixty (60) days. A. One (1) double bed B. Mazble top bureau C. Two (2) marble top. tables D. One (1) rocker with cane seat, and E. Two (2) straight chairs with cane seats Should the said Mrs. John B. Candler predecease me or die on or before the sixtieth (60`x) day following my death, then and in that event, the said pecuniary bequest of $50,000.00 shall lapse and shall be included in the residuary bequest in Item 9 of this my Will, and I give and bequeath the household goods, furniture and personal property listed above in Item 4 unto Miss Elizabeth Candler, daughter of Mrs. John B. Candler. 5. I give and bequeath the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000.00) Dollazs unto Elaine L. Sweger, a/k/a Mrs. Neil Sweger, of 6582 Cazlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17050, and the items of household goods, furniture and personal property located in my residence at 416 West Main Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania specifically listed on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof. Should the said Elaine L. Sweger predecease me, then and in that event, the said pecuniary bequest of $300,000.00 shall lapse and shall be included in the residuary bequest in Item 9 of this my 2 . ~ { ~ Will, and I give and bequeath such items of the household goods, furniture and personal property listed in Exhibit B unto John P. Rosso as he may elect in writing to take in kind providing he survives me by sixty (60) days. Should the said John P. Rosso predecease me or die within sixty (60) days of the date of my death or should he elect not to take all of the items set forth in Exhibit B in kind, then and in that event, I direct my Executor to sell all of the items not passing to or not taken in kind by John P. Rosso and the proceeds thereof shall be included in the residuary bequest in Item 9 of this my Will. 6. I give and bequeath unto The Salvation Army, of Cazlisle, Pennsylvania all my wearing apparel, (coats, suits, dresses, sweaters, skirts, lingerie, etc.) 7. I give and bequeath the remaining items of my household goods, furniture, and tangible personal property located in my residence unto John P. Rosso and Elaine L. Sweger to be divided between them. Should John P. Rosso and/or Elaine L. Sweger refuse to take any of the remaining household goods, furniture and tangible personal property in kind, then and in that event, I direct my Executor to sell all of the remaining items not taken in kind and the proceeds thereof shall be included in the residuary bequest in Item 9 of this my Will. 8. I give and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollazs unto my church, St. Paul's United Church of Christ, now located at 626 Williams Grove Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055. 9. I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, unto John P. Rosso providing he survives me by sixty (60) days. Should the said John P. Rosso predecease me or die on or before the sixtieth day following my death, then and in that event, I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate unto Elaine L. Sweger, a/k/a Mrs. Neil Sweger, and St. Paul's United Church of Christ in equal shazes. Should the said John P. Rosso predecease me or die on or before the sixieth (60~') day following my death and should the said Elaine L. All federal, state and other death taxes payable because of my death, with respect to the property forming my gross estate for tax purposes, whether or not passing under this Will, including any interest or penalty imposed in connection with such tax, shall be considered a part of the expense of the Administration of my estate and shall be paid out of the principal allocable to the residue passing under Item 9 hereof without apportionment or right of reimbursement, provided however that if the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate is insufficient to pay my debts, administration expenses and death taxes in full the pecuniary bequests to the individuals listed herein shall be reduced proportionately to pay the same in full. 11.
