Plaintiff is Porsche Financial Services, Inc., a corporation registered under the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicles Sales Finance Act, and its successors and assigns, with offices at the above address, ("Porsche Financial"). 2. Defendant is Dawn M. Shughart, an adult who resides at the above addresss in Carlisle, Adams County, PA. 3. On or about October 27, 2005, Defendant leased a 2006 Porsche Boxster motor vehicle ("Vehicle"), more particularly described in the 48 month Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement ("Lease"), a true and correct copy of which is attached as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference. 4. Defendant defaulted on the Lease obligations owed to Porsche Financial and the Vehicle was repossessed and sold on March 4, 2008, leaving a deficiency balance due from Defendant. Porsche Shughazt 5. Attached as Exhibit B is a true and correct copy of the Notice of April 21, 2008, sent to Defendant setting forth the sale and the proceeds thereof, as well as a calculation of the remaining deficiency balance of $17,989.83. 7. Defendant is thus liable to Porsche Financial and, despite demand, has failed and refuses to pay the obligation. WHEREFORE, Porsche Financial Services, Inc., prays this Honorable Court to enter judgment in its favor and against Defendant, Dawn M. Shughart, in the amount of $17,989.83, plus interest, attorneys fees, and costs of suit.
