COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AS SET FORTH IN THE DEED DATED FEBRUARY | ~, 2004, RECORDED AT
DEED BOOK , PAGE , IN THE REOCRDER'S OFFICE FOR CUMBERLAND COUNTY,
PENNSYLVANIA AS MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND
ATTACHED HERETO.

cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by thc said OWNER

to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with CONTRACTOR and the further
consideration of One Dollar. to CONTRACTOR paid
by OWNER · it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Township of Hampden,
County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the northerly right-of-way line of Lookout Drive, said
point being a front property comer of Lot 10; thence along Lot 10, North 36 degrees 05 minutes
22 seconds West, a distance of 283.82 feet to a point; thence along lands now or fom~erly of Julie
Charles and Walter Fitting, Jr., South 75 degrees 28 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of
99.36 feet to a point; thence along Lot 52, South 17 degrees 11 minutes 27 seconds East, a
distance of 226.34 feet to a point on said northerly right-of-way; thence along said right-of-way,
by a curve to the right having a radius of 760.00 feet an arc distance of 82.88 feet being
subtended by a chord of North 84 degrees 45 minutes 07 seconds East, a distance of 82.84 feet to
a point; thence along the same, North 87 degrees 52 minutes 35 seconds East, a distance of
114.05 feet to a point, said point being the point of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 34,428.93 square feet or 0.790 acres of land.
