is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract. with Haubert Homes, Inc.
of 15 Central Blvd. , Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a story building upon a lot of land situate
416 Park Avenue, Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
Parcel No. 26-24-0811-211A (See attached legal description). Deed dated
January 26, 2007 and recorded February 1, 2007 in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds in Deed Book 278, Page 3289.
NOW, June 6, 2008 19 , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner
to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid
by Owner , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL that certain parcel of unimproved land situated in the Borough of New .Cumberland,
County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of Pazk Avenue which poin# is at a distance
of one hundred seventeen and eight-tenths (117.8} feet measured in a southwardly direction from
the southeastern corner of Park Avenue and Oak Lane; thence in a southwardly direction along
the eastern line of Pazk Avenue, a distance of fifty (50) feet to an iron pin at.the northwest corner
of Parcel No. 3 hereinbelow; thence in an estwazdly direction along said Farcel No. 3
hereinbelow, parallel with Oak Lane, a distance of one hundred (i 00) feet to the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 55 and 57 as shown on the Plan of Lots mentioned hereinbelow; thence in a
northwardly direction along said dividing Iine between said Lots.Nos. 56 and ~7, and at right
angles to Oak Lane, a distance of fifty (50) feet to a point; and thence in a westwardly direction
on a line parallel with Oak Lane, a distance of one hundred (100) feet to the eastern line of Park
Avenue, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING fifty (50) feet of Lot No. 55 as shown on the Plan of Lots entitled "Seven Maples
No 1 ", said Plan being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book No. 1, Page 94.
