Successor Trustee of the Raymond L. Schaffer Revokable Living Trust
Subject: Objection to Attorney Fees
We are objecting to the fees assessed to the Raymond L. Schaffer Revocable
Living Trust by Lowell Gates, Esq., who is the attorney assigned to the coordination of
the aforementioned trust.
Our concern is that the amount of money required by Lowell Gates to satisfy the
financial fee demands will reduce the disbursement of funds to the benefactors, especially
the non-profit organizations.
We have addressed our concerns to Mr. Gates at numerous times to resolve the
outstanding financial charges. However, in our final meeting for the First and Final
Account and Petition for Adjudication for the trust, Mr Gates told us that Judge Oler will
not approve the fees presented.
In closing we are objecting to the fees assessed by Lowell Gates of Gates,
Halbruner & Hatch, P.C. regarding the Raymond L. Schaffer Revocable Living Trust.
