Jeanne E. Blakeslee
I, Jeanne E. Blakeslee of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland CourYty, Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make,
publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any
and all prior Wills and all Codicils made by me at any time heretofore.
ITEM 1. I direct that all my legally valid debts, funeral and administration
e;Kpenses, and inheritance and estate taxes incurred on account of my death shall be
paid by my personal representatives out of my residuary estate as soon after my death
as practicable.
ITEM 2. No interest of any beneficiary under this will or any Codicil hereto shall
be subject to anticipation or voluntary or involuntary alienation.
ITEM 3. I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares all of my property, real,
personal and mixed, of every nature and wherever situated to my son Dana L.
Blakeslee, DOB October 18, 1956 and my daughter Janice Panty, DOB May 4, 1960
providing that he/she/they survive(s) me by a period of at least thirty (30) days. In the
event either Dana L. Blakeslee or Janice Panty should predecease me, or having
survived me should die within thirty (30) days of my own death, I direct that my estate
shall be distributed in its entirety to Dana L. Blakeslee or Janice Panty.
ITEM 4. I appoint my Dana L. Blakeslee, personal representative and Executor of
this, my Will. If for any reason Dana L. Blakeslee is unable or unwilling to act or
continue as my personal representative, I appoint Janice Panty as my personal
representative and Executrix. In addition to powers given them by law, all fiduciaries
acting under this Will, whether or not named herein, shall have the following powers,

property held by them, effective without court order and until actual distribution:
A. To retain any or all of the assets of my estate, real or personal, without
regard to any principle of diversification or risk;
B. To sell at public or private sale, to exchange, or to lease for any period of
time, any real or personal property and to give options for sales, exchanges or leases,
for such prices and upon such terms or conditions as they deem proper;
C. To invest in all forms of property (including stock, common trust funds and
rriortgage investment funds whether maintained by my corporate fiduciary or others),
without restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduciaries, as they deem
proper without regard to any principle of diversification or risk;
D. To make distribution in cash or in kind, or partly in cash and partly in kind,
and in such manner as they may determine, and at valuations finally to be fixed by
them;
E. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or income or partly to each
as they from time to time deem proper in their sole discretion;
F. To compromise any claim or controversy;
G. To borrow money from any person or institution, and to mortgage or
pledge any or all real or personal property as they in their sole discretion shall choose,
without regard for the dispositive provisions of this instrument;
H. To carry on any business owned or controlled by me at my death for
v~rhatever period of time they shall deem proper, and to do any and all things they deem
necessary or appropriate, including the power to incorporate the business, the power to
borrow and to pledge assets contained in my estate as security for such borrowing, and
the power to close out, liquidate, or sell the business at such time and upon such terms
as my personal representatives shall deem best;

I. To choose the alternate valuation date for federal estate tax purposes,
without regard to whether the size of any marital deduction share will be increased or
decreased thereby, and without requiring reimbursement.
ITEM 5. No fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to post bond or enter
security in any jurisdiction.
I direct that the Personal Representative hereby appointed serve without bond.
