STIPULATIONAGAINST LIE~Y,,~
WHEREAS, Pin-Hsun Kuo and Sw-Tsen Kuo, adult individuals, of Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, the owners of residential property located at 1041
Brookwood Drive, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, (the "Owners"),
have executed contracts for the purchase and installation of a metal roof system with Lifetime
Home Industries, Inc. and with Scott Kerstetter t/a Metalworits Installations, and are
contemporaneously herewith ready to authorize work to commence pursuant to those contracts,
with Lifetime Home Industries, Inc. and Scott Kerstetter t/a Metalworks Installations, having
their principal offices respectively at 112 Oriole Court, Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, 17036, and
1750 Pisgah State Road, Shermansdale, Pennsylvania 17090(the "Contractors"}, for work and
materials related to Owner's residential property at 1041 Brookwood Drive, Upper Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, this I~ day of ~Jt3~, , 2008, at the time of and
immediately before the execution of the principal contracts, and before any authority has been
given by the Owners to the Contractors to commence work on the said home, or to purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contracts with the Owners and
the further consideration of One Dollar (~ 1.00) to the Contractors paid by the Owners, IT IS
AGREED that no lien shall be filed against the building and real estate by the Contractors, or any
subcontractor; not by ariy of the materialmen or "workmen or any other person, for any labor or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased, for the construction relating to
Owner's home, the right to file such liens being expressly waived hereby.

ALL THAT CEATAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of Upper Allen,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded
and described as follows, to wit:

BEGINNING at a point, which point is in the northerly right-of-way line of Raven i
Hill Road at the dividing line between the premises herein described and Lot No, i~

one and fifty-three one-hundredths (41,53) feet to a point; thence along the arc of
a curve to the left (being the northerly right-of-way line of said Raven Hill Road)
which curve has a radius of one hundred seventy-five (175) feet for an arc distance
of one hundred eighty-six .and sixty-seven one-hundredths (186.67) feet to a point;
thence continuing along said right-of-way line of Raven Nill Road north twenty-seven
(27) degrees thirty-five (35) minutes west a distance of one hundred t•wo and seventy
five one-hundredths (102.75) feet to a point, the point of BEGINNING.

of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 41, Page 6
