COYLE On Friday, June 13, 2008, Brian Nelson, Executor of the Estate of Charles J. Nelson, filed a First and Final Account in his Estate. A copy of that Account is enclosed for your information. The Account confirms that the Estate is insolvent. Pages 4 and 5 of the Account lists all Priority 6 unpaid, unsecured creditors, together with the balance claimed due at Mr. Nelson's death and account numbers provided by creditors. The Estate acknowledges that these sums are all due and owing as Priority 6 claims. All disbursements made by the Estate were paid to secured creditors, and Priority 1 and 2 creditors. A reserve has been created for Executor's fees, attorney's fees (Priority 1), and a grave marker (Priority 4).
