ESTRIGHT, KENNETH No. 08-3582 Civil, the parties thereof set forth such agreement herein as follows: 1. Pursuant to the judgment issued June 3, 2008 by MDJ Thomas A. Placey docket LT-0000330- 08, which judgment is attached hereto, Mr. Estright shall make payments to Six Links / Salem Acres MHP totaling $3,330.50 as follows: a. $710.00 shall be released to Mr. Estright from the escrow account of the prothonotary and immediately turned over to Six Links / Salem Acres MHP pursuant to the Motion to Release Funds in Escrow to be filed by MidPenn Legal Services upon the signing of this agreement. b. $2,620.50 shall be divided and paid in monthly increments concurrently with the lot rent owed pursuant to the existing lease agreement between the parties. c. Mr. Estright may make additional payments against the $2,620.50 balance in order to accelerate retirement of the debt. 2. Ms. Betty Klair, or another manager or representative of Six Links / Salem Acres MHP, shall keep an accounting of any and all payments made against the $2,620.50 balance, will provide Mr. Estright with receipts thereof, and shall provide a copy of the accounting to Mr. Estright when the balance is paid in full. 3. Neither Six Links / Salem Acres MHP, nor any agent, representative, or other interested party thereof shall seek, nor allow another to seek, execution or any other enforcement of the June 3, 2008 order LT-0000330-08 including but not limited to possession of the property, real and personal, located at 90 Salem Church Road, Lot 535, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.
