Distribution of Donald E. Baker and Debra A. Baker, Co-Executors of the Last Will and
Testament of Betty A. Baker, late of the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, Deceased, having been filed and advertised in accordance with law and Rules of
Court and the same having been confirmed absolutely by the Orphan's Court Division of the
Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas on June 17, 2008; and it appearing that the said Co-
Executors, in their Proposed Schedule of Distribution claim distribution to one of the Co-
Executors, Donald E. Baker, of the hereinafter-described real estate in conformity with
Paragraph 3(a)(1) of decedent's Last Will and Testament filed to Estate No. 21-2007-00171, it is
Ordered, adjudged and Decreed that:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tracts of land situate in the Borough of
Mount Holly Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
ON the East by Chestnut Street; on the South by land now c~
formerly of Daniel March; on the West by a Twenty (20) foot alley, arid<
on the North by land now or formerly of Helen Taylor; having a frontage T''

BEING the same premises which Kenneth. B. Group and Sharon E.
Group, husband and wife, by deed dated June 1, 1972 and recorded June 1,
1972 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Cumberland
County, at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "Q," Volume 24, Page

506, granted and conveyed to Lawrence E. Baker and Betty A. Baker,
husband and wife.
THE SAID Lawrence E. Baker died on January 21, 1994, thereby
vesting the entire fee simple title to the above-described premises in Betty
A. Baker, his surviving widow.
THE WITHIN conveyance is subject to a water line easement in
favor of the property adjoining on the North as set forth in deed recorded in
the above named Recorder's Office in Deed Book "S," Volume 15, Page
49.
Is hereby awarded to Donald E. Baker, of 321 Chestnut Street, Mount Holly Springs,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17065.
THE Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County is directed to record this Order
among the deed records in his office and to index the same in the Grantor index in the name of
Estate of Betty A. Baker Deceased, and in the Grantee index in the name of Donald E. Baker in
accordance with Section 711 and 3536 of The Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
I hereby certify that the precise residence and complete post office address of the
distributee is as follows: 321 Chestnut Street, Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065, and that the Tax
Parcel No. (Uniform Parcel Identifier) for the above described property is 23-32-2336-026.
