DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 18th day of June, 2008, after a hearing on the matter and review of the
supporting legal arguments of both parties, it is the decision of the Register of Wills that Letters of
Administration shall be granted solely to Petitioner, Mary Ann Marte.
Specifically, based upon testimony presented at the hearing, the Register hereby determines that
Grant of Letters of Administration to Jon D. Yasko, a Florida resident, and Mary Ann Marte as co-
administrators may not be in the best interest of the estate based upon, inter alia, the prior removal of
Jon. D. Yasko, as guardian of his mother's estate, due to alleged breaches of his fiduciary duties.
Futher, the Register believes the acrimonious relationship existing between Jon D. Yasko and Mary
Ann Marte, of which both parties have testified, will be a hindrance to the proper administration of the
Estate, thereby causing undue delay and difficulties in its administration.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that upon the proper filing of a Petition for
Letters of Administration by Mary Ann Marte such letters shall be granted to her. Mary Ann
Marte shall then have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and
shal l proo~d with the administration of this Estate according to law.
