WAIVER OF LIENS
Whereas, FORTE PROPERTIES entered into a contract dated April 16, 2008, ("Contract") with
ARTISTECH, INC. to provide materials and perform labor necessary for the erection, construction, altera-
tion, or repair of the building owned by FORTE PROPERTIES and located at 3800 Market Street, Camp
Hill, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more particularly described in Exhibit A
attached hereto.
Now, therefore, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the parties, as part of the Contract and
for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any subcontractor or material.
man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the contractor under the contract may file a lien,
commonly called a mechanics' lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary for the County of Cum-
berland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with, the requirements of Section 402 of the Mechan-
ics' Lien Law of 1963, codified at 49 P.S. ,~ 14r72 (Purdon 1965), of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in
such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, have set their hands and

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Hampden Township, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the northern side of Carlisle-Harrisburg Highway, U.S. Route No. 11, at the line
of property now or late of Charles B. Fager, Jr. and Hummel C. Fager, said point of beginning being a distance
of one hundred and fifty (150) feet measured along U.S. Route 11 from an iron pipe at the northeast corner of
the proposed North Thirty-eighth Street; thence by said land now or formerly of Charles B. Fager, Jr. and
Hummel C. Fager North one (01) degree thirty-three (33) minutes West a distance of four hundred and thirty-two
and fifty-one hundredths (432.51) feet to a point on the bank of the Conodoguinet Creek; thence by the bank of
the said creek North sixty-four (64) degrees nine (9) minutes thirty (30) seconds East a distance of thirty-two and
eighty-nine hundredths (32.89) feet to a point; thence still along the bank of said creek North fifty-eight (58)
degrees fifty-seven (57) minutes East a distance of sixty-eight and ninety-one hundredths (68.91) feet to a point
at Lot No. 14, Block "E", in the Plan of Hampden Gardens; thence along said lot and along the western line of
the proposed Thirty-eighth Street South one (01) degree thirty-three (33) minutes East a distance of four
hundred and seventy-nine and ninety-nine hundredths (479.99) feet to a point, on the northern side of the
Carlisle-Harrisburg Highway; thence along the northern side of said highway South eighty-eight (88) degrees
twenty-seven (27) minutes West a distance of ninety (90) feet to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING the Eastern lot of a certain Plan of Lots laid out by Charles B. Fager, Jr. and Mary K. Fager, his wife,
which Plan was duly recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County at Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, on February 10, 1964 in Plan Book 15, Page 6.
ALSO BEING Lots No. 13, and the easterly half of Lot 12, Block "E", on a certain Plan of Lots laid out by Joseph
A. Wagner, and known as Hampden Gardens which plan was duly recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on February 21, 1947, in Plan Book 4, Page 32.
