STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
MARY ANN INGREAM, IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS

CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, MARY ANN INGREAM, presently of 1386 Lowther Road, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, has executed a contract with DEIMLER & SONS CONSTRUCTION, of
6530 Derry Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for the renovations at 1386 Lowther Road,
Camp Hill, Cumberland County, as more particularly described on Exhibit "A," as
attached and incorporated in this waiver of liens.
NOW, June ~, 2008, upon the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said Mary Ann Ingream, to the said Deimler & Sons
Construction, to commence work on the renovations of said real estate, in consideration
of the making of the said construction agreement with Deimler & Sons Construction,
and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, to Deimler & Sons Construction,
the receipt thereof is hereby waived by Deimler & Sons Construction, by Mary Ann
Ingream, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or
any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for
any labor, materials purchased, extra labor, or extra materials purchased for the
erection of said building and any other improvement, the right to file said liens being
expressly waived.
FURTHERMORE, Deimler & Sons Construction, for itself and anyone else acting
or claiming through or under it, waives and relinquishes all right to file a mechanics' or
materialmen's lien, or notice of intention to file lien, and covenants, promises, and
agrees that no mechanics' lien or other lien of any kind whatsoever will be filed or
maintained against the improvements to be constructed pursuant to the construction
agreement or against the rights, estates, titles, or interests of the owners or against the
appurtenances thereto, by or in the name of the contractor, or any subcontractor,
supplier, materialmen, or laborer, acting or claiming directly or indirectly for, through, or
under the contractor for work done or materials furnished in connection with any
improvements or under any of the construction agreements or by any other party acting
through or under them or any of them for and about the improvements to the described
real property.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land, situate in Lower Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, designated as Lot No. 38, Block
"L", on a Plan of Lots of Greater Highland Park recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 4, Page 89, more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Lowther Road at line
of Lot No. 37, Block "L", on the aforesaid Plan of Lots; thence in
a northerly direction along said line one hundred twenty (120) feet.
to a point on the southerly line of Lot No. 12, Block "L", of the
aforesaid Plan of Lots; thence along said lot in an easterly direction.
parallel with Lowther Road fifty-five (55) feet to a point on a-ten
(10) foot. walk; thence along said walk in a southerly direction
one hundred twenty (120) feet to the northerly line of Lowther
Road; thence along Lowther'Road in a westerly direction fifty-five
(55) feet to a point, the Palace of BEGINNING.
HAVING thereon erected a dwelling known as 1386 Lowther Road,
Lower Allen Township (Camp Hi11), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
