decreed that the Petition for Guardianship in the above-captioned matter is hereby
withdrawn. All of the terms of the attached Stipulation are incorporated into this Order
by reference as if fully set forth herein.

The undersigned, Stephen J. Hogg, Esquire, attorney for Step~i`s~ Pom~eop,

Petitioner, and Lorin A. Snyder, Esquire, attorney for Roy G. Kennedy, Respon3ent,
hereby stipulate and agree to the following:
1. The Petition for Guardianship filed by Petitioner is hereby withdrawn;
2. A limited financial Power of Attorney signed by Respondent on July 2, 2007, a
medical Power of Attorney or any other Power of Attorney, appointment or the
like from Respondent to Petitioner appointing Petitioner to act for and on
behalf of Respondent are hereby revoked;
3. Petitioner is, as of this date, relieved from any further obligation, duty or
liability under a limited financial Power of Attorney signed by Respondent on
July 2, 2007, a medical Power of Attorney or any other Power of Attorney,
appointment or the like from Respondent to Petitioner appointing Petitioner to
act for and on behalf of Respondent;
4. Petitioner will turn over to Respondent's attorney a post office box key, safe
deposit key and any other personal property of Respondent's in his
possession by this date;
5. Petitioner's name shall be removed from Respondent's account at Forest
Park Nursing Home, the Forest Park Pharmacy and from any other bills to
Respondent on which Petitioner's name appears and in executing any duties
under any Power of Attorney given from Respondent to Petitioner;
6. Petitioner and Respondent agree that Petitioner shall have no further duty,
responsibility or obligation to act on behalf of Respondent from this day forward
7. Nothing in this stipulation shall preclude the Petitioner from seeking additional
attorney fees or compensation for his own time from Respondent.
