OBJEC~"IOR~'FEf APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE
NOW COMES DANA M. GILSDORF pro se and shows to this honorable court
the following objections to Robyn Lea Smith being appointed as my successor trustee.
1.
There was a reason that my grandmother Donna Jean Hoover-Kephart in this
case left my mother out of her will completely and intentionally.
2.
My mother cannot manage her own money and I have no reason to think that
she could manage my money. She is unemployed and does not have a good credit
rating. It is doubtful that she could be bonded. The petitioner stated to me that this is
really her money not mine and that I had stolen what was rightfully hers.
3.
If my mother were appointed over my objection, I request that she be required to
make a bond in the amount of $83,912.53.
4.
I further would request that she be require to provide annual accounting to the
caurt showing all of the money received and spent if she is appointed over my objection.
5.
I have contacted the county guardian/administrator/trustee of Cobb County,
Georgia where I live. His name is Ray Gary, Jr. and he was highly recommended to me
by a trusted friend. After meeting with him it is my desire that he be appointed trustee of
my inheritance. He has been a fiduciary for 15 years and I was impressed with the
audition with him.
I swear that the information contained above is true and correct to the best of my
belief.
