WHEREAS, David D. Mossor and Carol A. Mossor of 79 Honeysuckle Drive,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract,
with Haubert Homes, Inc. of 15 Central Blvd., Camp Hill, PA, for the erection of a building
upon premises commonly known as 31 Hamlet Circle, Township Silver Spring, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated 12/26/07, recorded at Document
Number 200747730 (part of), in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and
attached hereto.
NOW, June 16, 2008, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration
of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00), to contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen
or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 22 as shown on a plea entitled
`~iamlet Square, Final Subdivision Plan, Lot Dimensional Plan North", dated
June 16, 2006, by Penn Terra Engineering, Inc., State College, PA, being bounded
and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNIl~tG at as iron pin, being a northerly corner of Lot No. 23 and lying in a
southerly right-of-way linc of Hamlet Circle (SO feet wide); thence along said
right-of-way along a curve to the left having a chord bearing of North SO° 42' 44"
East, a chord distance of S2.S7 feet, a radius of 175.00 feet sad an arc length of
52.77 feet to an iron pin; thence contimiing along saidright-of-way North 42° 04'
23" East S.SS feet to a concrete momumeat lying along said right~f--way and

East 100.00 feet to an iron pin, being a southerly comer of said lot and lying in a

LOT 22 IS SUBJECT TO a 10' utility easement along its street frontage.
