Plaintiff, Pennsy Supply, Inc., is a Pennsylvania corporation maintaining an office and place of business located at 1001 Paxton Street, P.O. Box 3331, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant, R. C. Skelly, Inc. (d/b/a Skelly Construction Services) is a Pennsylvania corporation maintaining an office and place of business located 18 E. Lisburn Road, Bowmansdale, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17008. 3. Defendant, Robert C. Skelly is an adult individual who conducts business and/or resides at 18 E. Lisburn Road, Bowmansdale, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17008. 4. At the special instance and request of the Defendants, Plaintiff sold and tendered to Defendant various building materials and related goods and merchandise for which there is presently due and owing to Plaintiff the sum of $301,124.41, plus interest at the rate of 1)1,% per month. 5. Plaintiff has rendered to Defendants Statements of Account showing a balance dueto Plaintiff by Defendants in the amountof$301, 124.41, to which the Defendants have not objected and an account has therefore been stated between Plaintiff and Defendants as set forth in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, in the amount certain of $301,124.41. 6. A copy of the Personal Guaranty as executed by the Defendant, Robert C. Skelly is attached hereto and incorporated as Exhibit "B". Pursuant to the terms of the Personal Guaranty the Defendant, Robert C. Skelly has guaranteed any indebtedness due and owing by Defendant R.C. Skelly, Inc. to the Plaintiff. 7. Defendant R.C. Skelly, Inc. executed a Credit Application dated April 24, 1990 wherein they agreed to pay reasonable attorney's fees, and therefore Defendant is obligated to Plaintiff the amount of $60,224.88 ($301,124.41 x .20). A copy of the Credit Application is attached hereto as Exhibit "C". WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment against the Defendants R.C. Skelly, Inc. (d/b/a Skelly Construction Services) and Robert C.
