an~~~t~ment of Proposed Distribution of Francis J. Michelini, Executor of the Estate and under

the Las Will and Testament of Anne Marie Michelini, deceased, have been duly filed and
advertised accordingly to law and rules of Court, and that said Account and Statement of
Proposed Distribution was duly approved by this Court on June 17, 2008; and it further
appearing that said Executor has proposed in said Statement of Proposed Distribution to
distribute the Decedent's real estate in kind to Francis .l. Michelini, in his individual capacity, as
beneficiary thereof under the Last Will and Testament, and said Court having decreed
distribution in accordance with said Statement of Proposed Distribution on June 17. 2008.

said Anne Marie Michelini, deceased, in and to the following described real estate is hereby
awarded in fee simple to FRANCIS J. MICHELINI.
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land, situate in the Township of Upper Allen, County
of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Appalachian Avenue at the eastern line of Lot
No. 114 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along the eastern line of Lot
No. 114 North twenty-six degrees zero minutes twenty-seconds West (N 26° 0' 20" W) one
hundred ninety-seven and four one-hundredths (197.04) feet to a point; thence along the southern
line of i.,ots Nos. 104 and 105 on said Plan, North seventy-four degrees thirty minutes twenty-six
seconds East (N 74° 30' 26" F,) eighty-ore and thirty-seven one-hundredths (81.37) feet to a
point; thence along the western line of I,~t No. ] 16 South twenty-six degrees zero minutes
twenty seconds East (S 26° 0' 20" E) one hundred eighty-two and twenty one-hundredths
(182.20) feet to Appalachian Avenue; thence along the northern line of Appalachian Avenue
South sixty-three degrees fifty-nine minutes forty seconds West (S 63° 59' 40" W) eighty (80)
feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 115, Plan of Section J, Mt. Allen Heights, said Plan being recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 19, Pages 86 and 87.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a single dwelling house known and numbered as 533
Appalachian Avenue.
BEING the same premises which Francis J. Michelini and Anne Marie Michelini, husband and
wife, by their Deed dated November 11, 1997 and recorded November 24, 1997 in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 168, Page
324 granted and conveyed unto Anne Marie Michelini.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED and DIRECTED that a certified copy of this Decree shall
be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
among the Deeds recorded in that Office, said Decree to be indexed in the Grantor index for
deeds against the Estate of ANNE MARIE MICHELINI, Deceased and in the Grantee index for
deeds to FRANCIS J. MICHELINI. pursuant to Section 3536 of the Decedents, Estate and
Fiduciary Code (20 Pa.C.S.A. § 3536).
