BEGINNING at a point, said point being located on the southern dedicated right of way line of Coventry Drive and located at the

Section Number 3 which is recorded in Plan Book 85, Page 92 in the Recorder of Deeds office of the Cumberland County Comthouse,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania; thence along the southern dedicated right of way line of Coventry Drive, North eighty-six (86) degrees forty-
two (42) minutes fit~-two (52) seconds East, a distance of seven and twelve one-hundredths (7.12) feet to a point; thence continuing
along the same on a curve to the right having a radius of one hundred seventy-five and zero one-hundredths (175.00) feet, an arc length
