STIPULATION AGAINST I_,IENS
WHEREAS, Glen R. C_rrell and Elaine S. Grdl, husband and wife, of Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennfylvania, is about to execute contemporaneo~ly herewith, a contract
with McNaaghton Homes, a division of The McNaughton Company, a Pennsylvania
Corporation, of 4400 Deer Path Road, Suite 201, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, for
the erection of a single family dwelling unit upon a tract of land situate as follows:
Good Hope Fa-ms South - Lot No. 179, as depicted on the Final Subdivision Plan
of Good Hope Farms South - Phase VIIL which is recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 87, Page 24.
NOW, March ,~ .2004, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal con~ract, and before any authority has been gi,~en by the said Glen R. Grell and Elaine
S. Gr¢ll, husband and wife, Legal Owners, to the said McNaughton Homes, a division of The
McNanghton Company to commence work on the said tract of land, or purchase materials £or thc
same in consideration of thc making of*he said conla-act with MeNaughton Homes, a division of
The McNaughton Company, and th* further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) to McNaughton
Homes, a division of The McNaushton Company paid by Glen R. Grell and Elaine S. Grcll,
husband and wife, Legal Owners, it is a!lrcc'd that no lien shall be t~1~t against the land or any
buildings constructed thereon by thc Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material
mm or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the construction of said irnprov~nents, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
