AND NOW, June 13, 2008, after telephone conference this date, the Court hereby
continues the three day hearing scheduled for June 25, 2008 through June 27, 2008. The
same is tentatively scheduled for September 8, 2008 through September 10, 2008 at
9:OOa.m. each day in Courtroom #1, Perry County Courthouse, New Bloomfield, PA
pending the assignment of the undersigned by the Supreme Court to handle this matter as
'Senior Judge after retiring as an active judge on August 31, 2008.
Furthermore, the same is scheduled for a Telephonic Pretrial Conference on
', ~ August 7, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. Counsel are directed to file Pretrial Memorandums no later
~! than August 4, 2008.
