DECREE OF THE REGISTER
AND NOW, this 25th day of June, 2008, as the Register of Wills of the County of Franklin
has admitted the Last Will and Testament of Anna M. Runk, dated May 4, 2004, and granted
Letters Testamentary to Robert W. Runk on May 29, 2008, such Letters Testamentary shall take
precedence over the Letters of Administration granted in Cumberland County and, without
addressing the validity of the Letters of Administration granted herein, IT IS HEREBY
DECREED that the Letters of Administration previously granted to Shaun E. O'Toole on May 1,
2008, are hereby revoked.
