COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff, R & L CARRIERS, INC., by its attorneys, KODAK & IMBLUM, P.C.,
brings this action of Assumpsit against the Defendant to recover the sum of ONE
HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-TWO
CENTS ($103,930.82), along with interest thereon at the statutory rate from March 2, 2007,
upon a cause of action of which the following is a statement:
1. The Plaintiff, R & L CARRIERS, INC., is a corporation organized and existing under
the laws of the State of Ohio, having its principal office and place of business at 600
Gillam Road, Wilmington, OH 45177.
2. The Defendant, GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN & DISTRIBUTION, LLC doing business
as Global Supply, is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having its principal office and place of business
at 2850 Appleton Street, Suite 1, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17011.

3. On the dates, in the amounts, and for the prices set forth in a true and correct copy
of the Plaintiffs Statement of Account hereto attached, marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof, Plaintiff, at the special instance request of the Defendant,
performed labor and provided transportation services of the kind and description set
forth on said Exhibit to the total amount of ONE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-TWO CENTS ($103,930.82).
4. The prices charged for said labor performed and services provided were just and
reasonable, were the legal and market prices therefor and were the prices which the
Defendant promised and agreed to pay to Plaintiff.
5. The balance due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff is the sum of ONE HUNDRED
THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-TWO
CENTS ($103,930.82), as appears by Exhibit "A" hereto.
6. Plaintiffs Invoices are not attached to this pleading due to the voluminous nature
of same and have previously been provided to Defendant. Upon request said
invoices will be made available to Defendant or Defendant's counsel at the office
of Plaintiffs counsel hereto.
7. Plaintiff frequently demanded payment from Defendant of said amount due and

owing as aforesaid, but Defendant refused and neglected and still refuses and
neglects to pay said amount or any part thereof.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff brings this suit to recover from Defendant the sum of ONE
HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-TWO
CENTS ($103,930.82), together with interest as set forth herein.
