15. State concisely the diapositive provisions of the Trust:
Article Six of the Trust provides the following distributions:
Section 6.01 Specific Distribution to J. FLOYD KI.INE and ARLENE
KLINE, or the survivor of them
As soon as practicable after my death, my Trustee shall distribute $50,000 to J.
FLOYD KLINE and ARLENE KLINE, or the survivor of them.
If J. FLOYD KLINE and ARLENE KLINE should predecease me, this
distribution shall lapse and the property subject to this distribution shall instead be
distributed under the other provisions of this agreement.
Property passing under this Section shall pass free of any administrative expenses
or death taxes.
Section 6.02 Specific Distribution to TOM REED and ROSETTA REED, or
the survivor of them
As soon as practicable after my death, my Trustee shall distribute $20,000 to
TOM REED and ROSETTA REED, or the survivor of them.
If TOM REED and ROSETTA REED should predecease me, this distribution
shall lapse and the property subject to this distribution shall instead be distributed
under the other provisions of this agreement.
Property passing under this Section shall pass free of any administrative expenses
or death taxes.
Article Seven of the Trust provides the following distributions:
My Trustee shall distribute the remaining trust property outright, and free of trust,
to ALL SAINTS EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 12th & Scott Streets,
Kulpmont, PA 17834, or its successor in interest, to be used for whatever
purposes the governing body deems appropriate.
16. Explain the reason for filing this Account: This Account is being filed since
the residuary beneficiary of the Trust Estate is a charitable organization.

17. Written notice of the Audit as required by Pa. O.C. Rules 6.3, 6.7 and 6.8
has been or will be given to all parties in interest listed in Item 18 below, all
unpaid creditors and all claimants listed in Item 19 below. In addition,
notice of any questions regarding Adjudication as discussed in Item 23
below has been or will be given to all persons affected thereby.
A. If Notice has been given, attach a copy of the Notice as well as a list
of the names and addresses of the parties receiving such Notice.
B. If Notice is yet to be given, a copy of the Notice as well as a list of the
names and addresses of the parties receiving such Notice shall be
submitted at the Audit together with a statement executed by a
Petitioner or counsel certifying that such notice has been given.
C. If any person entitled to Notice is not sui juris (e.g., minors or
incapacitated persons), Notice of the Audit has been or will be given
to the appropriate representative on such party's behalf as required by
Pa. O.C. Rule 5.2.
D. If any charitable interest in involved, Notice of the Audit has been or
will also be given to the Attorney General as required under Pa. O.C.
:Rule 5.5. In addition, the Attorney General's clearance certificate (or
proof of service of Notice and a copy of such Notice) must be
submitted herewith or at the Audit.

The First and Final Account filed herewith reports the proposed distribution of principal
and income to the residuary beneficiary. Upon Your Honorable Court's confirmation of
this Account, Trustee will distribute the residue in accordance with Article Seven of the
Trust. Once distribution is made, the Trustee will be discharged of his duties as Trustee
of the Trust and the Trust will be terminated.

RE: Filing of Executor/Trustee's First and Final Account for Court
Confirmation
We serve as Counsel for the Estate of Joseph T. Litwin and the Joseph T. Litwin Living
Trust dated April 29, 1998, who died on January 18, 2007, a resident of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania. George W. Shingara was appointed by the Register of Wills of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, to serve as the Executor of the Estate and he was nominated Successor
Death Trustee of the Joseph T. Litwin Living Trust dated April 29, 1998.
In connection with the administration of the Trust and Estate and the final distribution
and termination, we now enclosed for your review a copy of the First and Final Account of the
Trust Estate by the Executor/Trustee and Petition to Adjudicate First and Final Account that will
be filed today via United States First-Class Mail, postage prepaid, with the Clerk of the Orphans'
Court Division, Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
The Account will be presented for audit and confirmation at the Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, August 26, 2008.
It is not necessary for you to appear at the time of audit. Should you have any objections
to the account or to the proposed schedule of distribution, the objection should be filed in writing
with the Clerk. If no objections are filed thereto, we expect that the First and Final Account will
be confirmed on August 26, 2008.
As soon as we receive the final confirmation by the Court, we will distribute the balance
of the assets remaining on hand according to the Proposed Schedule of Distribution.
